Fred Cunningham Addresses Bad Faith in Business Interruption Claims at FJA Webinar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (April 23, 2020) – Fred A. Cunningham, a Shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a featured speaker on the Florida Justice Association (FJA) Business Interruption Claims Webinar on April 23, 2020. Mr. Cunningham’s topic, “Bad Faith in Business Interruption Claims,” detailed the responsibility of an insurance company to protect the interests of their insured during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Cunningham is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and a Past President of the Florida Justice Association.
