Sean Domnick Appointed Vice Chair of Florida Bar’s Code & Rules Evidence Committee

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (July 1, 2020) RDCY shareholder Sean Domnick was appointed as Vice Chair of the Florida Bar’s Code & Rules Evidence Committee for the 2020-2021 term. Mr. Domnick has been involved with the Code & Rules Evidence Committee for seven years. The purpose of the committee is to enforce the mandate of Rule 2.140, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, which concerns the implementation of new rules of procedure and any changes made to existing rules.

Mr. Domnick is a Board-Certified civil trial lawyer whose practice focuses on victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He specializes in cases involving medical malpractice, product liability and nursing home abuse. Mr. Domnick hold’s many state and national leadership positions including his current service as Treasurer of the American Association for Justice. Recently, Mr. Domnick was selected by Super Lawyers for the Florida Super Lawyers (2020) list, the Florida Super Lawyers: Top 100 (2020) list, and the Miami Super Lawyers: Top 100 (2020) list.
