“Finally I’m at the end of a long journey with my lawsuit. Though things did not turn out quite as I had hoped they would due to unfortunate circumstances with the assisted living having been sold midway through, Lindsey Gale, my wonderful attorney, was relentless in pursuing this case. She always believed in the merits of this case having to do with a very serious wrongdoing on the part of an assisted living. Having lost my mother I can tell you that it is small compensation to get any kind of monetary figure but Lindsey was triumphant at the end. She was always professional while at the same time being empathetic to my situation. I admire her tenacity in the case and all of her wonderful qualities as a human being. She most certainly is a very major asset to this law firm. I would not have any hesitation in recommending her to anyone else or using her again should the need arise.
Thank you Lindsey and all of the team at Domnick Cunningham Yaffa (West Palm Beach, FL).”
