RDCY Shareholder Fred Cunningham Presents Insurance Bad Faith Law Updates to National Audience

Fred A. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and shareholder in the law firm of Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, presented at the 2017 APITLA National Interstate Trucking Super Summit in Tampa, Florida on May 19, 2017. His topic “Significant Changes in Bad Faith Law,” was delivered to a national audience of top trial attorneys.

Mr. Cunningham has almost 30 years of experience successfully resolving cases involving insurance company bad faith and is a frequent lecturer to state and national audiences on the subject. Over the course of his career, he has recovered almost 400 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

The seminar was hosted by The Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, a national association of lawyers who have joined together to help eliminate unsafe and illegal interstate trucking practices.
